Refund Policy
Last updated: July 29, 2026
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Your right to a refund
Depending on where you live, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase and receive a full refund within a set number of days after your first payment — for example 14 days across the EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland, Turkey, and Israel; 7 days in South Korea, Brazil, China, and Canada; 5 days in Singapore. Outside of a qualifying statutory right, transactions are generally non-refundable, though Paddle reviews every request individually and may approve a full or partial refund at its discretion. Paddle's Refund Policy is the authoritative, up-to-date source for exactly which window and conditions apply to you — we link to it here rather than restate it because Paddle, as Merchant of Record, is the one who ultimately reviews and decides refund requests, not us.
Cancelling vs. refunding
Canceling your Pro subscription (from the Manage Subscription dialog in your account) stops future billing immediately, but does not by itself refund the current billing period — you keep Pro access until it ends. A refund is a separate request, handled by Paddle as described above.
How to request a refund
The order receipt Paddle emailed you after your purchase includes a direct link to contact Paddle and request a refund — this is the fastest way, since Paddle makes the final decision. If you can't find it, contact us via the feedback widget in the app with your order/subscription reference and we'll help you get in touch with Paddle.
